The first type of pedicure is a Regular Pedicure.
This type of pedicure can be done at your home, but many say this type works well if you have help from someone to do it. It would be easy for you to get a pedicure at home if you have a good pedicure chair at home only if you afford it. The first step of this type is to soak both your feet in warm water well until your feet become soft everywhere. Then you will need to apply some good cuticle cream to your cuticles and then once they are soft enough, slowly push them back very gently. The next step is you have to trim your toenails to the desired length and then file them till they are straight. The third step tis to buff your nails and the applying cuticle oil making sure that they are smooth with no cracks. The final step is to use nail polish remover and remove the oil if anything remaining from your toenails and the apply the nail paint. This type of pedicure is the fastest and simplest which you can do better with someone's help within your house.
The Second type is a French Pedicure
This French pedicure is as simple as the regulr one but the end result is great. If you are going to get this one done in a pedicure salon then it would definitely be expensive and generally cost you at least twenty five dollars for each session. Nevertheless you can get it done with help of a friend at your home or do it yourself as well. Firstly, you need to get white and pink nail polishes. The pink one will act as the base coat and then you have to apply a thin strip of white nail polish at the top. You can as well soak your feet in warm water and then apply the lotion with this type of pedicure too, but it is not necessary for a basic French pedicure type.
The Third type Of Pedicure is a Paraffin Pedicure
A paraffin pedicure is one of the best relaxing ways of moisturzing your feet. At first you have to wash your feet well with warm water and this will open the pores and clean the skin so as the paraffin can be well absorbed. Then what you you need is to melt the paraffin wax in a a bowl and then scoop it up and slowly drizzle it on the feet. You have to continue doing this well until it covers your feet completely and then let it dry for a few minutes. When the parrafin wax becomes almost hard then you have to put both your feet in cold water to make the wax hard completely and then it is very easy to remove the wax. After you have removed the wax, you can start with regular pedicure. The difference will be that your nails will be a little more softer than usual.
The third type is a Salt Pedicure
This Pedicure needs you to collect about twenty to thirty smooth rocks from a river bed. This type of pedicure gives the feet a spa feeling and it uses salt and stone to do the job. Once again in a beauty salon, it would cost you anywhere between fifty to sixty dollars for each session. If you want you can try this one also at home. Firstly, if possible have a good pedicure chair. Then you have to wash your feet well. After the first step of washing your feet well and clean you have to use the river bed rocks you have collected. Clean the rocks well and then put the rocks and sea salt in a bowl of warm water. After keeping your legs for about ten minutes in this warm salt water start massaging your feet and legs with the smooth river bed rocks. After doing this you can start doing regular pedicure.
