Turning to low card diet is one of the best ways to lose weight. They do really work though are not long term solutions. Low carb diets is the best way to lose weight provide you use it with good judgement. I came across a blog which says low carb is not one of the best ways to lose weight. The article has given two reasons supporting this argument. One is, it is practically impossible to live on meat alone not eating fruits and vegetables which supplies along with carbs different vitamins.Here the writer made a mistake of understanding a low carb diet as no carb diet. The second reason the post gives arguing that low card diet is not the best way to lose energy, is as every gram of carb holds 2.4 grams of water, when you are on low carb diet, it is not that you are losing weight or burning fat, you are just holding less water which is why it seems like you are losing weight.I cannot entirely dismiss the blogs claim and say low card diet is the best way to lose weight. No, it is not if you are totally ignoring carbs and depending on meat itself. It sometimes is also dangerous to you. Though the results seem every fast in low carb diets like Atkins. This type of low carb diets are harmful to heart because of the high fat content in them.Low carb diet as it started is just having a healthy balanced diet. Low carb means reduce your junk not remove your carbs.
