My uncle's constipation and his interest in alternative medicine led him to take prune juice with considerable benefits. Prune is a dried plum especially the European plum. The dried plum is made by steaming the plums and softening them then making them into puree. Prunes are consider to have natural sugars which do not affect a diabetes patient and also contains natural fibers. After regular use of prune juice, my uncle did get relief from his chronic constipation. For many years people used apple juice for constipation because of its laxative effect. After many days of usage, my uncle's recommendation is preparing it self at home. He recommends to drink prune juice freshly prepared and to take at least two cups of this juice early in the morning before breakfast with really great benefits. A cup of apple juice after drinking prune juice is more beneficial.

Neti Pot Salt | How To Choose
Using Neti pot for cleansing nasal passages is one of the methods used in yoga for hundreds of years. This method is being used in India as an everyday routine along with brushing the teeth. Nasal cleansing using netipot has become popular in the modern world along with yoga. The acceptance of usage of neti pot as one of the methods to keep personal hygiene of nasal passages by the medical fraternity is rapidly increasing the popularity of the neti pot to the Western world. Nasal irrigation with neti pot is being recommended by the physicians as either a primary treatment or in addition to some medications to sinonasal symptoms like allergic rhinitis.
For irrigation warm water is used in neti pot mixed with salt. Importance should be given in selection of the type of salt used in netipot. Traditionally, pure salt is used for nasal irrigation. Warm water is used because it is very stimulating than cold water. Hot water should not be used as it is very dangerous and could burn the nasal passages. For the preparation of salt solution for irrigation of nasal passages with netipot, one spoon of salt is used for one pot full of water or 5 g of salt in half a liter of water. You do not have to measure the salt used in the neti pot using an electronic scale as it is not a dangerous medication, but some ready to use neti pot salt available in the market is measured and easy to use.
Though traditionally pure salt is being used for jalneti kriya (nasal irrigation), different types of salts are recommended by experts according to their personal experience which sometimes is disputed by the conservative practitioners of neti pot irrigation. Many teachers of yoga including my own teacher always recommend pure salt without any chemical additives, anti caking agents, and not even iodized salts.
In spite of strong recommendation of pure common salt available in nature, most the the teachers are not strictly against the other type of salts used netipot nasal cleansing. The other types of salts used in neti pot include macrobiotic salt, vegetable salt, rock salt, kosher salt, and table salt. Macrobiotic salt is dull white to grayish white in color. This salt is imported mainly from Asian countries and Australia and is unrefined pure sea salt. Vegetable salt is a salt where herbs and spices are mixed in it. This salt may be good for cooking but certainly not for net pot cleansing. Rock salt is not recommended as the purity and mineral content depends on the place of origin and may not be good for the mucus in the nose. Cooking salt can be used as this is just a pure salt. Table salt contains lot of additives, so may not be useful just something called neti cleansing which mostly depend on natural cleansing. Kosher salt is just common pure salt and can be used.

IS CONTENT KING
My belief is that for a social blogger, yes content is king. Good content makes you famous as a social blogger and will get you many subscribers and you can make a lot of friends online. And as people start linking to your site, you start ranking well in the search engines. But if you want to make money online by ranking well, then it is completely different ball game. But my strong belief was that even to rank well for reasonably competitive keyword, you need to have good content along with good links. I have my own reasons for this belief. One of them is I believed google as a primary search engine would see that the searchers get to good websites with authority for the particular keyword and not some spam site. How google is going to do this... I rearally don't know. I also believed it is true as one of my social sites lost its page rank (PR3) completely once I started targeting money making keywords. I believed my flow in writing decreased as I stopped writing what I am interested in and started writing about something with a sole purpose of targeting the keywords.
In one of the posts on credit cards, grizzly of make money online described the importance of links over content. But still he could not convince me because I thought though the content is not there, the site which is ranking for credit cards has athority for the keyword as a relavent business site and is ranking well. I somehow always believed you cannot dupe google without content and it is equally important as links.

FREE SPIRITUAL HEALING MEDITATION
After a brief experience with a meditation session conducted by some local college, I have gotten convinced that meditation paves way for optimal living. But being a person with lot of lethargy and inconsistencies, I failed to actually pursue meditation regularly. But I never had forgotten the initial experience I had with meditation and wanted to meditate regularly starting some time in the near future, which I failed to do until about a year ago.
In between my first session of meditation and my starting of regular meditation a year ago looking for meditation which I will stick to in my life, I came across may types of meditation and actually practices for a brief periods of time. One of them is Vippasana which I consider the most difficult for me as I struggled all the ten days I practiced and can say that I failed because it was too difficult for my to sit meditating for hours together. My mind was perfectly undisciplined that it was difficult for me to concentrate even for a few minutes.
There are different types of successful meditation techniques available to you indicating that meditation is a personal experience and differs from one person to other. I also wanted to learn what is called Transcendental Meditation which I could not because neither I could pay for the course at that time nor I was happy with the person who was authorized to teach me the meditation.
About a year back looking for some meditation technique, I came across a website called Project Meditation where I could download free meditation CDs and liked the teaching method and the CDs so much that I continued practicing. The website claims that the meditation is similar if not same to what is called transcendental meditation which is disputed by the people who claim to be practicing official transcedental meditation (funny to see something like meditation becoming a trademark). I do not know what is transcendental meditation and am not interested to know a type of meditation which is a trademark.
